Good to know before you buy:
- This experience is not suitable for pregnant women or babies under one year old, and is also not recommended for people with back or neck pain;
- Food and drinks are not included;
- Dolphins are wild animals, so sightings cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to find them;
- No refunds will be given if no dolphins are sighted;
- Swimming stops are only possible if sea conditions allow;
- Due to local regulations, the boat can stay in the Benagil caves for only a few minutes;
- During high season, there may be a waiting period at the entrance to the caves;
- If the local marine authorities prohibit visiting the caves due to sea conditions, they will be viewed from a safe distance;
- Transfer not included.
On the day of the activity:
- Check-in starts 40 minutes before the activity;
- It is mandatory to bring the credit card used for payment and the ID of the person who made the booking;
- Bring water to stay hydrated, sunscreen, swimwear, and a towel;
- A safety briefing will be given, and life-jackets are provided onboard;
- If a guide is not available in your selected language, the activity will be conducted in Portuguese and English. An audio guide is also available in French, German, Spanish, and Italian.

Brilliant trip we went on the first Insomia boat which was really good, we saw the dolphins, stopped in the caves and swam in the sea, excellent commentary from Miguel and the crew. Highly recommend the trip, it took around 2 hours.

Brilliant trip, Isobel and Jesus were brilliant guides throughout explaining every stop along the way. First we stopped and saw a family of 4 dolphins then headed to the caves. There was an option to swim at the end if you wanted. Best part was riding the waves. Would 100% recommend and would defo book again.
